COVID-19 Information: In response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, HOPE continues to offer services taking precautions to ensure the health and safety of our community. HOPE is offering services using telehealth and telephonic options. HOPE has reduced hours of operation at all sites to Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 1:30PM. In person services will be limited only to those members who do not have access to the technology necessary to do telephone or teleconferencing services.
HOPE offers peer-driven outpatient services to those who are living with mental illness or a substance use disorder. From intake forward, their peer-driven culture provides a unique model of care that is characterized by trust, acceptance and the use of empathy. Individuals will find recovery support through group and individual counseling, the navigation of community resources, and through coordination of care to support their individual recovery goals.
