Who are we?
Pima Helpline is a community-driven and community-made resource. We realize that everybody needs support for mental health, substance use, or addiction at some point in their life. We also know that looking for treatment can be confusing and scary.
We believe that is should be easy for Pima County residents to find help for mental health, substance use, and addiction. To achieve this, we created Pima Helpline as a centralized place to find mental health and addiction treatment, services, and support.
We are working to reduce barriers and end stigma and make it easier for people to get into treatment when they need it.
With Pima Helpline, you can:
- Search for treatment based on what you need for your situation;
- Learn about different drugs and what they do to the human body;
- Read about mental illness and the types of treatments available, and
- Find support groups and other community resources such as housing assistance.
Pima Helpline was created by the community, for the community.
This website was created with the help of individuals from Pima County Health Department, Healthy Pima, AmeriCorps, CODAC, Community Medical Services, CPES, Arizona Complete Health, HOPE Inc, La Frontera, COPE Community Services, Community Bridges, Sonoran Prevention Works, Tucson Police Department, University of Arizona, The Haven, Tucson Medical Center, and more.
Mission Statement: Pima Helpline provides an easy way to find mental health and addiction treatment, services, and support.
