COVID-19 Information: Most services are now provided via telephonic and tele-med, with exception of some of those children served in the Little Cubs Clinic who are receiving treatment via our wraparound program where we send a clinician to the home.
Intermountain’s residential programs and outpatient services are strength-based, community-focused and individualized to support the abilities of children, adolescents and adult members and their families. Through the Outpatient Network Services provided by Intermountain Centers, children, adolescents and adult members increase day-to-day functionality and are able to live successfully in a more stable environment at home and in their community. Intermountain Centers offers a variety of groups for enrolled members. Intermountain offers access to Outpatient/In-Home Support Services for at-risk children from birth to 21 years who are Title XIX eligible.
