CODAC offers access to professional and welcoming behavioral health and primary care for adults and youth (ages 6+). Their primary care providers, psychiatrists, nurses, medical assistants, therapists, case managers, peer support specialists, and other staff, work together to treat the whole person—all in one convenient location. This location serves adults age 18 and older with general mental health concerns, serious mental illnesses. substance use disorders and trauma. Primary care is available on-site for treatment of common illnesses and minor injuries, physical exams and screenings, close monitoring of chronic conditions, wellness check-ups and vaccinations, standard lab work and tests and medication management. A Pharmacy is available on-site as well.
