As of 2023, Bridget has been over 2 years sober and is now a case manager and peer support specialist in behavioral health. In the height of her addiction, she had lost custody of both of her children, was facing prison time, and struggling with suicidal ideation. She was offered treatment in court, which kickstarted her recovery journey. She was sober throughout her DCS case and drug court. She has accomplished so much since that time and is a proud single mother.
Bridget wanted people who are struggling with addiction to know that it is possible to stop hurting others and start helping others. She encourages people to trust their instincts and reach out for help.
